CFE, working with Media Defence in London, provides legal help to journalists, citizen journalists and independent media in southern Africa. While our resources are limited, we can assist where journalists face court action for their work. The publication of the work has to have an online element to qualify for support. We can also undertake or support strategic litigation to promote and improve media freedom.
